FAQ
Common questions
I only have a DWG file. Can I use it?
The studio reads DXF. In AutoCAD choose Save As and pick DXF (2013 or newer). If that is not possible, attach the DWG or a PDF to your order and our team handles it.
Is my file uploaded to your servers?
No. The studio processes the file inside your browser. Nothing reaches us unless you send an order or ask for an AI render, and then only what you choose to send.
How accurate are the areas?
Areas are measured from your drawing to within centimetres. Quantities are estimates for planning and comparison; team packages include a reviewed version.
The model looks wrong or incomplete. What now?
Usually it is the layer names. In the studio’s layer list, set the wall, door and window layers by hand. If it still looks off, the Quick package includes plan clean-up and model fixes.
How long does delivery take?
The automatic model takes seconds. Quick is delivered within 48 working hours, interior design in 5 to 10 working days depending on size.
Does it open in 3ds Max?
Yes. GLB and OBJ files in metres open in any recent version of 3ds Max. Team packages include an organised .max file with layers and materials.
How do I pay?
The Quick package is paid online through Moyasar (mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay). For the other packages we send a quote and invoice after reviewing your plan.
Do you work outside Saudi Arabia?
Yes. The site is in five languages and the whole service is online, so we accept plans from any country.
