What we receive
When you order: name, mobile, email, city, notes and the files you attach. When you request an AI render: a snapshot of the model and the chosen style. In the chat: your messages and a random session ID.
Why we use it
To deliver your order, contact you and invoice you, and to generate the render you asked for. We do not use your files for anything else and never sell them.
Who we share it with
Only service providers working on our behalf: the automation platform, email, the Moyasar payment gateway and the AI model provider for chat and renders. Some data may be processed outside Saudi Arabia by providers bound by appropriate safeguards.
Retention and your rights
We keep orders and files for the duration of the project and as required by law afterwards. You can ask for a copy or deletion of your data at any time at info@oxira.sa.
