After work has started
If you cancel after work has started, we refund the amount minus the value of the work already done, by the stages of the package or quote.
If the delivery does not match
If the delivery does not match the package or quote, we first fix it within the revision rounds. If it cannot be fixed, we refund all or part of the amount in proportion to the problem.
AI design credits
"Redesign my room" credits are not refundable once used. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. A design that fails for a technical reason is not deducted from your balance.
Customers in the EU and UK
You may withdraw within 14 days of ordering. If you asked us to start within that period and acknowledged it, you pay for the work done up to the withdrawal, and the right ends once the service is fully performed.
How to ask
Email info@oxira.sa or write in your order’s messages in your account, with the order number and the reason. We reply within two working days, and refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
